...........5 oz ground almonds.......2 oz cocoa powder. 9 oz icing
sugar, 4 egg whites and pinch of salt. Put ground almonds
cocoa and icing sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir...... in
seperate bowl whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form...gently
fold egg whites into the almond mixture. leave to rest 30
minutes before baking......bake for 8 to 10 minutes.......for the
cream 7 fld ozs double cream 7 oz milk chocolates chopped
and 1 oz butter......heat cream until it start to boil take off from
heat and stir the chocolate...leave for a few minutes than stir
until chocolate and butter are melted., and combined. Leave
to cool and thicken for 10 minutes and sandwich pairs of
biscuits together
