Mix butter flour and 1 cup of pecans together. Press into 1 9x13 dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat powdered sugar, 1 cup of cool whip and the cream cheese. Spread onto cooled crust. Combine vanilla and chocolate pudding with 2 cups of milk; mix well. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Spread remaining cool whip over the pudding layer. SPrinkle with remaining pecans. Grate chocolate bar over top. Refrigerate or freeze until serving time.
