     QUICK PAN ROLLS

Ingredients
4 3/4-5 1/4 C flour
1/3 C sugar
2 packages yeast
3/4 C milk
3/4 C water
1/4 C butter
1 egg
 

Instructions
Combine 2 C flour, sugar, and yeast. Heat milk, water, and butter. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in egg and enough flour to make soft dough. Knead and let rest on floured surface 10 minutes. Place dough in pans. Cut dough into rolls. Cover. Let rise 20 minutes.
