Slice baguette into crostinis. It is best to let the bread get a little hard first (maybe let it sit out for a couple days. Drizzle with EVO and sprinkle with s&p. Toast in the oven.

Slice tomatoes and mozzarella. Wash & pick basil.

After toasting the crostini, top with tomato (then sprinkle with s&p), put mozzarella on top of tomato (then sprinkle with s&p). Make sure the mozzarella is not really wet because it will make the crostini soggy.

|
Put in oven til cheese is melty. Top with basil and drizzle a little EVO on top and a little s&p. **Be careful with the amount of s&p because you do add it during each step**
