     Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
a. 1/2 lb hot italian sausage, casing removed
a. 1/4 generous teaspoon red pepper flakes
a. 1 tablespoon olive oil
b. 2 cloves chopped garlic
b. 1/4 cup chopped onion
c. 1/4 teaspoon salt
c. 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
c. 1 14.5 oz can italian diced tomatoes, lightly drained
d. 1/2 of a 12oz box bow tie pasta
 

Instructions
Remove sausage casing and cut them up into small chunks. Heat olive oil in the pan and add the sausage with the red pepper flakes.
Add the B mixture and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the C mixture and simmer for 10 minutes
While you are cooking sauce, boil the pasta. Drain and add the noodles to the sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes or so, until it is heated through.
