Ingredients
12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
vegetable oil spray
salt
1 (16 oz) can fat free refried beans
4 scallions, sliced thin
8 oz 50%light cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 cup jarred jalapeno slices
2 cups fresh tomato salsa
1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cut tortillas into 4 wedges and lay on a foil lined cookie sheet. Evenly spray tortillsa with oil spray on both sides. Season with salt. Bake until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes.
Top each chip with refried beans, scallions, cheddar, and jalapenos. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and yogurt.
