Place flour and eggs in separate bowls. Dip chicken in flour, then eggs.Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
Combine parm ch, br crumbs & butter. Sprinkle the mixture over chicken. Loosely cover dish with foil. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes; Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer until brown.
Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Spoon over chicken. Return to oven 3-5 minutes or until tomatoes are heated.
