350 degrees. Lightly grease baking sheet. Cream butter and sugar. Whip in egg, lemon zest and juice. Scrape sides and mix again. Stir in all dry ingredients except powdered sugar tip combined. Scrape sides and mix again briefly.
Pour powdered sugar onto large plate. Roll a heaping tblsp of dough into a ball an roll in sugar. Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough.
Bake 9-11 min or matte (not shiny or melty)cool 3 min or more before transferring to rack.
For a dark tray cook 2 min less
