     Mango Salsa

Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed to 1/2 inch pieces
1 c cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped in quarters
1/4 c whilte parts of scallions or red onion, chopped fine
2T mint leaves, minced
2T cilantro leaves, minced
juice from one large lime
1 tsp. aleppo chile flakes or 1 jalapeno or serrano pepper, seeded and minced
1 tsp. Makrut lime salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
1T agave syrup

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in medium sized mixing bowl and toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour prior to serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over fish/seafood or grilled chicken. Also great with any Asian or Latin flavored dish. Add avocado if desired.
