bake sweet potatoes on 300 for about an hour. Remove from
skin and mash ahead of time.
Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook on high heat
for about 3 minutes. Add the beans and reduce to low heat.
Mash in the skillet. Add the C mixture and heat for a couple of minutes, along with
cheese and mashed potatoes.
Serve in burritos
