     Skillet Chicken Lo Mein

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked angel hair pasta (I use whole wheat pasta or spinach)
1 pound chicken cooked and sliced
1 pound frozen vegtables (I use the stir-fry mix and then asparagus)
1 cup teriyaki sauce (I like kikomans teriyaki baste and glaze)
1/4 tsp ground ginger
 

Instructions
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain water and cover to keep warm.
Heat a large skillet pan over medium-heat. Add chicken and cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in frozen vegetables, teriyaki sauce, and ginger.
Continue to cook until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Stir in noodles and mix until noodles are coated with sauce.
