Cook pasta. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in pan and cook
chicken in pan over med-high heat 5-7 minutes. Remove
chicken from pan. Mix flour and broth together in pan. Stir in 2
Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder
and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in chicken. Add drained
pasta and mix together. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan
cheese.
