Place the self-raising flour and sugar in a bowl. Place the egg, milk,
water, oil and vinegar in a bowl. Stir the wet ingredients, then
slowly pour the wet ingredients in to the dry ingredients bowl.
Mix together with a wooden spoon consistently the mixture will
thicken while waiting to be cooked, don't let the mixture become to
thick.
Preheat the pan and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Poor 2 tbsp
of batter into the pan and try fit as many in the pan as possible but
not to crowed that they wont cook.
Just when bubbles start to form on the top flip the pancake
continue to cook on the other side for approximately 30 seconds.
