Ingredients
1 - 8z. bar of sharp cheddar cheese
1- 8oz. cream cheese
2 large jars of pimieto
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup.HELLMAN
 
Instructions
in blender3 or food procedure- chop cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese
Blend in lemon juice, mayo mix just enough to see the pimiento,
Serving Suggestions
Freezes well. I divide in small dishes. Makes 1 quart keep in ref. for several weeks
