     EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

1 POUND PORK SAUSAGE
1 8OZ. PACKAGE CRESENT ROLLS DOUGH
8 EGGS BEATEN
2 CUPS SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
 

Instructions
COOK SAUSAGE OVER MEDIUM- HIGH HEAT UNTIL EVENLY BROWN. DRAIN, CRUMBLE, AND SET ASIDE.
PREHEAT OVEN 325 DEGREES. GREASE A 9X13 INCH BAKING DISH.
LINE BOTTOM OF DISH WITH CRESSENT ROLLS DOUGH AND SPRINKLE WITH SAUSAGE.
IN A LARGE BOWL MIX EGGS CHEESE, SEASON WITH ORGEGANO, AND POUR OVER SAUSAGE AND CRESSENT ROLL DOUGH. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED IN THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
