     SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 POUND SAUSAGE
6 EGGS
2 CUPS MILK
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON GROUND MUSTARD
6 SLICES OF BREAD, CUT IN 1/2 CUBES
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
 

Instructions
IN A SKILLET BROWN AND CRUMBLE SAUSAGE, DRAIN AND SET ASIDE. IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT EGG,ADD MILK,SALT,AND MUSTARD. STIR IN BREAD CRUMBS CHEESE AND SAUSAGE.
POUR INTO GREASED 13X9 BAKING DISH. COVER AND REFIRGERATE OVERNIGHT (OR FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS)
IN MORING REMOVE FROM FRIDGE 30 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 4O MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
