Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in eggs.
In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into batter. Putt batter in fridge for 1 hr.
Roll into 1 in balls and place into mini muffin tin. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for about 10 min or until cookies begin to brown. Do not over-bake. When pulling cookie tin out of the oven, press a Reece's cup into cookie and cool completely.
