Instructions
Brown hamburger, garlic, and onion in skillet, drain. In slow cooker; combine beef mixture and add remaining ingredients except garnishes. Cover and cook on high setting one hour setting one hour. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, and corn chips if desired
