Mix flour, baking pwd, and salt. add milk, then egg, then honey and mix until smooth.
Get heavy (cast iron works best) skillet hot. Use 1
Tblsp shortening per pancake. Vegetable oil or bacon fat can also be used.
The secret is the hot skillet. Stand near the stove and turn the pancakes quickly. It would be good to start with a half-sized pancake until you lern to flip them as the dough is thin.
