     Cream of Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
3 cups sliced zucchini (4 small zucchini or I pound)
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon seasonings - all salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 teaspoons chicken flavor base
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
 
1/4 teaspoon Bon Appetit
1 cup milk
1/2 cup light cream
Sour cream and paprika for garnish

Instructions
Combine zucchini, water, onion, seasonings - all salt,parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon of the flavor base.
Cook until zucchini is tender and only a small amount of water is left. Mash, put through sieve or purée in blender.
In a sauce pan melt butter, add flour, the remaining flavor base, pepper Bon Appetite blend well. Add milk and cream, simmer satire until thickened. Satire in zucchini, mixing well.
If soup is thicker than you like, add additional milk. Serve top with a spoon of sour cream garnished with paprika.
