4 EGG YOLKS
1/2 t MILK.
4 C GROUND NUTS
1 C SUGAR
2 t CINNAMON
2 JARS BAKER FILLING
 
4 EGG WHITES
8 T SUGAR

Instructions
PUT FLOUR INTO LAARGE BOWL CUT IN MARGARINE WITH PASTRY CUTTER. MIX WARM WATER AND YEAST STIR. ADD YEAST TO FLOUR AND MIX WELL. MIX EGG YOLK AND MILK AND ADD .
KNEAD TO FORM DOUGH. DIVIDE IN 3 ROLL EACH TO FIT LARGE COOKIE SHEET. MIX GROUND NUTS, CINNAMON, AND SUGAR. SAVE ONE CUP PUT ONE LAYER OF DOUGH ON SHEET SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING NUT MIXTURE. PUT SECOND DOUGH ON TOP. SPREAD 2 JARS FILLING ON TOP PUT 3RD LAYER OF DOUGH. BAKE 350 FOR 35 MIN OR LIGHTLY BROWN. WHEN ALMOST DONE BEAT EGG WHITES TILL STIFF GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR TO MAKE STIFF MERINGUE, SPREAD OVER HOT CAKE AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CUP OF NUT MIXTURE, BAKE FOR 10 MIN TILL LIGHTLY BROWN
CUT WHILE HOT PUT INTO LITTLE PAPER CUPS
