     Crunchy Corn Medley

Ingredients
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
15 oz can shoepeg corn, drained
8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and diced
4 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
8 green onions, sliced
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
 
Dressing-
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over corn mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate at least three hours.
