     MaMa's 7up perfect pound cake

Ingredients
3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
5 whole eggs
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 tsp. lemon extract
1tsp. Vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sprite, 7 up or Sierra mist
 
Glaze
3 cups powdered sugar
1 T. Lemon juice
1 T . Lime juice
3-4 T. 7-up. Start with 3, add more if needed.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Cream butter adding sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing after each cup. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each. Add extracts and mix. Add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing after each cup. Add. Soft drink and mix. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix. Pour in Bundt pan, bake 1 to 1 hour 10 minutes. Invert pan.
GLAZE Mix sugar with lemon and lime juice and 7up. Blend and drizzle half over cake when cool. Then later drizzle rest over cake. You can drizzle over cake while hot, then add other half after cake cools. Makes the cake a little sweeter.
