     'Baked' Apple

Ingredients
1 apple
1/4 - 1/2tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg
1/3 - 1/2Cup rolled oats
2tsp sugar (optional)
 

Instructions
Tools- Microwave
Steps- 1. Cut apple into wedges or bite sized pieces 2. Sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg 3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds until apples are soft 4. Add rolled oats and sugar to taste 5. Stir & enjoy
Notes- Softer apples are suggested - Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan
