1-2 scoops protein powder of choice
1Cup unsweetened almond milk (or vanilla)
1Tbsp green tea powder
3-6 ice cubes (3 for one scoop of power, 6 for two)
 

Instructions
Tools- -Blender
Steps- 1. Blend together
Notes- Great for after a workout
Nutritional Values per serving (calculated for maximum ingredients with whey protein)- Calories - 331, Carbohydrates - 44, Fat - 6, Cholesterol - 70, Protein - 29, Fiber - 5, Sodium - 277, Sugars - 27
