     Hummus

Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2T tahini
2 cloves garlic
4T olive oil
juice of 2 lemons (about 6T lemon juice)
1 tsp. salt
2T - 4T water as needed
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients with exception of water in food processor or blender. Puree until smooth, about 1 minute. Add water as needed to create desired consistency and thickness.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with pita bread or as dip for veggies
