     Almond Flour Pizza Crust

Almond Flour Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella (or mozzarella/cheddar mix)
2 Tbsp cream cheese (full fat)
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese (not from a shaker can)
3/4 Cup almond flour/meal (- a few Tbsp for forming dough)
1 egg
1 Tbsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
Toppings of Choice
 

Instructions
Tools- Microwave/oven safe bowl -Microwave -Oven -Parchment Paper
Steps- 1.Preheat oven to Broil setting 2.Put mozzarella(/cheddar) into bowl and heat in oven or microwave until melted (a few minutes in oven, something like 60 seconds in microwave), it should pull off the bowl easily in a glob 3.Let cheese cool enough to touch and then dump all other ingredients into bowl. 4.Mix everything together well with hands, kneading cheese in thoroughly. 5.Form into a ball, using extra almond flour when needed 6.Press ball, onto greased parchment paper on baking sheet, into 12 inch round - use water on hands to keep dough from sticking to you - making sure there are no holes 7.Broil in oven for 5 minutes until top is browned (about 7 inches from the heating element in oven) 8.Flip onto another piece of parchment paper and broil for another 5 minutes 9.Add toppings and broil 5 minutes until any cheese used is browned and bubbly. 10.Cool 5 minutes or so
