|
Boil a pot of water on stove.
While waiting for the pot to boil, cut
sirloin or beef into bite
sized pieces (cut away as much fat as you
can).

Chop half an onion and throw beef and
onions into a large pan
on medium until beef is almost cooked
through.
Cook pasta until done, set aside.

|
Pour 1/4 of one can of broth into a
measuring cup and set
aside. Pour the remaining broth and the
other can into the
beef/onion mixture. Add a large spoonful
of sour cream, few squirts of ketchup, and
garlic salt until it tastes to
your liking.

|
Combine 1 tsp of corn starch with your set
aside beef broth.
Add this to your beef mixture until it
thickens just a little. Add
your pasta into the mixture and enjoy with
some bread!
