     Mango five-color salsa

Ingredients
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup each diced green and yellow pepper
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
4 tsps. Jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
 
1/3 cup wine or cider vinegar

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with corn chips. Or as a topping to baked fish.
