     Zucchini sausage lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound ground Italian sausage
One large onion chopped
2garlic cloves minced
Two cans crushed tomatoes 28 ounces each
One can tomato paste 6 ounces
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
One egg
15 ounces ricotta cheese
3/4 cup -2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese divided
lasagna noodles cooked and drained
3 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese divided

Instructions
In skillet cook sausage onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink drain. Add tomatoes tomato paste parsley sugar basil oregano and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. And another large skillet zucchini and butter until tender. In a bowl compiling the egg ricotta cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Spread one and a half cups meet sauce in an ungreased baking dish wherewith noodles happen zucchini half the ricotta mixture 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 cups Meetze. Where with remaining noodles zucchini and ricotta mixture. Top with 2 cups Meat sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.
