     Get Your Greens Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 Cucumber
1 Celery Stick
1 Apple
1 Cup Water
3 kale Leaves
3 Romaine Leaves
1/2 Frozen Banana
Handful of Ice
Optional- 1 Date for extra sweetness
 

Instructions
Cut the cucumber and celery in half or quarters and place in your blender
Add the apple, water, and all the greens. Blend on high until well mixed.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend for at least 1–1 minutes, or until a smooth consistency is reached.
