7 oz (one half) of a Kielbasa (or sausage of your choice)
1 cup of mixed peppers, sliced
1/2 large onion, sliced
mixed greens
Instructions
Slice sausage and cook in an ungreasd pan over medium heat for 3-
4 min. per side. Set cooked meat on a paper towel. With sausage
grease still in the pan, cook onions an peppers over medium-low
heat for about 5-7 min. or until they are soft and becoming slightly
transparent but not caramelized.
Place mixed greens on a plate and top with hot onion, peppers and
sausage.
Garnish with a few pinches of shredded Parmesan cheese and
drizzle with your favorite Italian dressing.

Suggestions
A small slice of toasted garlic bread makes a nice accompaniment to this salad.
