     Bread Pudding

Ingredients
3 Cups stale bread crumbs (whole grain bread and stale pound cake is good I have mixed 1/2 pound
cake and 1/2 bread crumbs)
I freeze the bread crumbs until ready to use.
2 cups sweetner or sugar
2 Tablespoons vanilla
2 Tablespoon cinnamon
3 eggs. beaten
1 canned milk, 1 1/2 cups water, more milk if needed
raisins ( opt).
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in baking dish 350 degree oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven. Bake in baking dish for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Some time when left over I cut in individual servings, wrap in plastic wrap,freeze. When ready to eat I remove from freezer and reheat in microwave about 1-2 minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm or cooled top with ice cream, kool whip or whipping cream
