Cream Cheese Icing- In a medium mixing bowl beat 3oz softened cream cheese, 2 Tbs softened butter, 1 tsp vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar beating well. Beat in enough milk 1 tsp as a time to reach spreading consistency.

Browned Butter Icing- In a small saucepan heat 3/4 cup butter over low heat until melted. Continue heating until butter turns a delicate light brown. Remove from heat. In a large mixing bowl combine 3 cups powdered sugar, 2 Tbs milk, 1 tsp vanilla. Beat on medium to high heat adding additional milk, if necessary, to reach spreading consistency.
