Corn bread- 2 1/2 cup self rising cornmeal

1 1/4 cup self rising flour
|
|
2 eggs
|
|
2 1/2 cup water
|
|
Mix all ingredients and bake at 425 degrees until golden brown
|

Cool, crumble cornbread (food processor will make all crumbs) and add 3 cups light bread crumbs and

1 pkg.( 1/4 LB.) sALTINE CRACKERS
|

ADD;
|
|
8 eggs uncooked
|
|
|
|
16 cup chicken or turkey brootj
|
|
2 large finely chopped onions
|
|
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
|
|
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
|
3 tsp. sage, ground
|
|
1 stick melted butter
|
|
as much deboned chicken or turkey as desired
