     Cornbread Dressing

Corn bread- 2 1/2 cup self rising cornmeal
1 1/4 cup self rising flour
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients and bake at 425 degrees until golden brown
Cool, crumble cornbread (food processor will make all crumbs) and add 3 cups light bread crumbs and
1 pkg.( 1/4 LB.) sALTINE CRACKERS
8 eggs uncooked
16 cup chicken or turkey brootj
2 large finely chopped onions
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
3 tsp. sage, ground
1 stick melted butter
as much deboned chicken or turkey as desired

Recipe makes a large amount, Bake only amount needed. Bake at375 degrees until golden brown. Freeze the remaining amount in porportions as desired. I cook the onions and celery in butter then add to dressing or in broth
