     Sausage and Eggs

Ingredients
1 pound bulk pork sausage
6 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups milk
6 slices white bread
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
 

Instructions
Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat til browned, stirring to crumble; drain well. Place sausage in a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Set aside
Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer til foamy. Remove crust from bread; cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Stir bread cubes and cheese into egg mixture.
Pour egg mixture over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or til set.
