     Stuffed green peppers

Ingredients
1 lb. ground chuck (I like to use extra lean ground chuck)
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 can tomato sauce
2 - 4 large peppers, with flat bottoms
1/2 cup minced onions or chopped valdia onions
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
1/4 cup cheese, grated
 

Instructions
Line baking dish with tin foil and lightly grease with pam. Cut top off peppers, save pieces and cut up to add to mixture to stuff in peppers. Brown meat add 1/2 cup minced oonions, tomato sauce, rice and cracker crumbs. Mix thoroughly stuff mixture in peppers, top with catsup or tomato sauce.
Bake uncovered 350 degree oven for 25 - 35 minutes. Top with grated cheese bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serving Suggestions
I usually just have the bell peppers. They also freeze well and bake at a later date.
