     Lunchbox Fruit Skewers

Ingredients
4.5 inch wooden skewers/picks
cubed melon (cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon)
cubed pineapple
raspberries
blueberries
red and/or green grapes
 

Instructions
Carefully thread fruit chunks or whole grapes/berries onto skewers. Pack in plastic reusable container or reusable sandwich bags.
Experiment with other fruits such as mandarin orange slices, small or halved strawberries, blackberries, mango chunks, or other fruits that will not brown when exposed to air. Have fun with all of the colorful, healthy, and delicious combinations!
