     Creamy Avocado Sauce

2 medium sized ripe avocados, pitted and broken up into pieces
1 lemon juiced and partly zested for garnish
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup EVOO
black pepper, for serving

1) In a food processor with the normal blade, combine garlic, lemon juice, and oil. Process until smooth.
2) Add in the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
3) Mix sauce into the pasta and served topped with black pepper and lemon zest.
