     Mexican Tortilla Salad

Ingredients
A can of beans (kidney black bean whatever) drained and rinsed
Chopped pepper
Chopped celery
Chopped cherry tomato
Corn toasted or not
Avacodo
Red onion diced
Catelina dressing
Tortilla chips
 
Shredded cheese
Instructions
Just before service crunch some of the chips into the salad and top with cheese.
Note- I toasted the corn with Bone Dust Seasoning that I make. Adds more Mexican flavors
