     SAUSAGE AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE

1 16 OZ REGULAR JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE
1 16 OZ HOT JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE
2 CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1 CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
1 CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
4 PACKAGES OF UNCLE BENS LONG GRAIN WILD RICE
OR YOU CAN DO 4 BOXES OF PLAIN WILD RICE DEPENDING ON YOUR TIME
1 YELLOW ONION
 

Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. BROWN SAUSAGE IN A LARGE SKILLET UNTIL FULLY COOKED. DRAIN AND ADD ONION TO PAN. COOK UNTIL TRANSUCENT AND SET ASIDE.
COOK RICE ACCORDING TO PACKET. COMBINE CREAM OF CHICKEN, CREAM OF CELERY, AND MUSHROOM IN PAN ALONG WITH COOKED RICE.
PLACE IN A 9X13 AND BAKE 30 TO 45 MINS UNTIL LIQUID IS OBSORBED AND THE TOP IS BROWNED.
