1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup mayonaise
3 TBLs sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. red wine or cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper8

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks and stir in all other ingredients. Spoon mixture into cooked egg whites and chill.
