Ingredients
a. 2 or 3 chicken breasts
a. flour, salt, black pepper
a. 3 tablespoons butter
b. 1 can stewed tomatoes with liquid
b. 1/2 cup red wine
b. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
b. 2 tablespoons white vinegar
b. 2 tablespoons worcheseshire sauce
b. teaspoon salt
 
b. 2 teaspoons chili powder
b. 1 teaspoon mustard powder
b. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
b. teaspoon garlic powder
b. a couple shakes of hot sauce

Instructions
Coat chicken in flour, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in large skillet and brown chicken on each side.
Add the B mixture and cook covered over low for at until done (around 20 minutes for 2 breasts)
Serve over rice
