     Cabbage Salad

1 head shredded cabbage
2 green onions chopped
2pkg Roman noodles, uncooked(Do Not use seasoning packets)
8 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
8 Tablespoons (2 oz.) CCENT
2 Teasoons salt
1 cup vegetable oil(use olive oil), 6 teaspoons rice vinegar, 4 Tablespoons sugar (sweetner)
1 teaspoon pepper,2 teaspoons accent, 2 teaspoons salt

Brown almonds and sunflower seeds slowly and separately in a dry frying pan. Cool on sheets of paper towels. Toss shredded cabbage and onions. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, add almonds, sunflower seeds and Ramen noodles(uncooked), to cabbage mixture. Add dressing; toss, serve and enjoy.
I shred my cabbage by hand, my daughter, Cathy buys her cabbage already shredded, may need 2 bags, depends on how much you need. One large head of cabbage makes enough for 12 - 18 sevings
