Ingredients
10 pounds ground chuck
2 large cans beans (kidney beans)
6 cans tomato paste
6 cans tomato paste
6 cans water
1-2 large cans crushed tomatoes
1 Bell pepper, chopped (opt)
minced onions 3/4 cups I like to use chopped valdia onions)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
 
6 pkgs. Chili flavoring powder to taste
Cook slowly simmer . I like to simmer mind at least 6-8 hours, stirring often.

Instructions
Brown meat, onions, peppers, drain. Add other ingredients and simmer. Good for groups or divide in smaller helping and freeze for later
Serving Suggestions
Cooked rice and shredded cheese (if you like) and crackers, I just like the chili wothout the rice and cheese.
