     Summer Sausage Patty

2 lbs freshly ground angus beef
2 lbs freshly ground pork(lean)
1 tbls sage
2 tbls freshly ground pepper
2 tbls onion powder
2 tsps salt

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, form into small patty shapes, fry in large skillet on medium to high heat in olive oil or peanut oil about 7 minutes on each side. Let cool and dry on paper towel. Serve with dipping sauce. (Ref see page ) Note- Or serve hamburger style on a bun.
