     Mini Banoffee Pies

Ingredients
1x pkt Budget Anzac Biscuits (cheap Arnotts buttersnap alt)
300ml whipping cream
1 Banana thinly sliced
Top & fill Caramel or recipe (below)
395g can sweetened condensed milk
70g (1/3 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
50g butter
 

Instructions
Place biscuit flat side down in microwave. High for 20 sec? Roll out thinner while still warm and carefully place in muffin tin to shape.
Use top and fill or make caramel- use a wooden spoon to stir the condensed milk, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, without boiling, for 15 minutes or until the mixture thickens
Divide the caramel among biscuit bases. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill. Top with cream and banana.
Serving Suggestions
Could sprinkle with flake or similar
