     Carmel Apple Pork Chops

Ingredients
a. 3 pork chops
a. 2 x apple juice to 1 x soy sauce
b. vegetable oil (and juice of marinade)
c. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
c. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
c. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
c. salt and pepper
c. 2 apples peeled and sliced
c. 2 tablespoons butter
 

Instructions
Marinate the pork in the juice/soy sauce.
Heat oil in skillet and add pork. Brown and cook on each side. Add marinade juice if needed.
Heat the butter and add the c mixture over low and covered, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender. Add the pork back if it is not yet cooked.
