1. Cut potatoes into strips
2. Place on foiled baking sheet and drizzle with
olive oil; sprinkle with S&P
3. Bake at 400F for 40 min
4. In separate bowl, mix sour cream, ranch
dressing, and milk
5. Smooth out sauce over platter & place hot
potatoes on top
6. Drizzle remaining sauce on potatoes, sprinkle
with toppings, & place under broiler for a few
seconds to melt cheese
