     Chocolate PB Protein Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 cup chocolate whey protein poweder
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 organic lowfat milk
2 egg whites
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp all natural peanut butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, mix milk and oatmeal, microwave for 1 minute, stir and set aside to cool. Once cool, add the egg whites and vanilla and stir. In large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, flour, splenda, flaxseed, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and protein powder. Add the oatmeal mix to the dry ingredients aish,nd stir just until all moistened.
Spread batter into dish. Dollop the 6 tbsp of peanut butter on top of batter, then take a knife and swirl. Cook for 10 minutes, take out and let cool. You can cut it up into 6 bars or 12 small brownies. ENJOY!
